This company is a scam.
They took my money and up the price on cheap homes to make a profit.
They give you 10 days to cancel your contract. After I tired to cancel within 10 days know one reply back nor answer your calls. Scam, please report this company to the united states home security.

very bad experience. A year ago I had a fire in my house and so far they don't want to fix the house or give the money that the insurance already paid to fix it!!! I spoke to a person who treated me very badly when I told him that if I had to look for a lawyer to fix my house he told me to do whatever you want and he hung up on me I don't know where to end all this I keep paying for the house and the insurance but I can't live there I have to keep paying rent maybe they expect me to get tired and I just fix it for them to keep the money

Had more cash than they were asking on a property and they did not want to work with me. Don’t be misled by them saying it is not credit based. The property is sitting empty with signs still out. I was able to find my home with true owner finance terms.
