The warehouse associate loaded 40,000 LBS of freight weight on my drives. That tells me the warehouse associate must be unqualified to load trailers. DOT said they see carriers constantly having to pay extra in fines and having to hire third-party contractors to redistribute the freight weight throughout the trailer. The associate at Pharmacy Tech Industries mindlessly loaded everything on the nose or drive axle. I guess carriers are desperate for freight these days, because if a customer constantly and consistently loads trailers illegally and your companies are fined, I would not have my freight brokers and agents booking freight from this company. Think, if you receive enough overweight fines or fatalities, eventually your company will be out of business.
