This establishment was phenomenal from start to finish. The staff were awesome. The orthodontist was amazing. Everyone greeted you with a smile. Everyone has a bubbly personality. The entire office made me feel warm and apart of the office family dynamic. I will definitely be returning to finish my treatment plan and I have no problem referring any and everyone to this particular office and location. They have 10 stars across-the-board from me. Thank you guys so much for making my very first appointment the greatest experience ever!

Hands down the absolute best orthodontist office! My son did not like to smile and when he did he would never show his teeth. We went ahead and got his braces on so that he would have them off before his sophomore year. Our appointments were always made at whatever office was convenient for us. We never had more than a few minutes wait whenever we got there. All the staff was always so friendly to us and after a few visits it’s just like talking with friends. They always remembered us 🙂 he just got his braces off a few weeks ago and he hasn’t stopped smiling yet ! You’ve given him back the confidence needs to get through high school !! We will be back with our other son as well!

We had just moved here from San Diego and we're in need of a orthodontist. Our son was on the tail end of his orthodontic journey. We were referred to Innovative Orthodontics by a family member. The entire team there is so welcoming. Everybody was so friendly and our son felt at ease. He finally has his braces off and we are so happy with the results. Now it's our youngest sons turn. I know we will be coming back.
Oh yes, it always smells so good in their offices, no matter what location you are visiting. 💙

Dr. Waters and his entire staff are amazing. They make you feel so welcomed when you walk through their doors. Cera sorry if i spelled her name wrong. But my daughter just loves her she makes her feel so comfortable and explains everything she is doing. I have definitely been recommending this office!!!

We love the office in Rincon. They have gone above and beyond getting the braces started. They worked with me to make affordable payment plan. The office staff is professional but treats you like family. I highly recommend this office.
