They are VERY lazy and their attitude towards people are nasty, they also don’t pick up their phone or answer emails. Worst place to choose for syep.

I chose this place as my provider for summer 2023 and they were the absolute worst. I don't see the point in having a number if they'll never answer and just have it ring out. I was sent to the wrong place 5 times for my worksite, just to go to the office and see a long line of people because they did this to majority of people. Everytime I call my worsite they say they stopped working with RDRC for over 2 years now. DON'T CHOOSE THIS PROVIDER. NOTHING IS UPDATED. YOU CAN'T GET HELP AT ALL FROM NO ONE AT THIS PLACE.

The staff is very polite, funny and easy to work with. Coming from the SYEP, my experience with them has been very good over all. I just wish they sent emails or texts instead of calling at random times when they call you for orientations etc.

The place Outdated & ran down. The staff here attitudes are poor !! Really a Waste of time , this organization is not doing nothing for the community! Just clocking in to get paid for the day 👎🏽

There's the receptionist who is always giving attitude for no reason. I honestly believe she needs to get fired. For summer youth they like to call the night before at around 10:30 to 11pm and expect you to be able to come at 8 am the next day. This place is so unorganized.

They're the ABSOLUTE GREATEST.....from Mr Alexander to Ms McWilliams to Mr B to Mr Wilcox and to all other staff! Here's why?
They show up everyday for "unselfish reason(s)"! They are not perfect. They are not selfish. They are not ungodly. They are (only) humans "delivering" much needed service(s) to My community that often forgets to say to RDRC "Thank You" for services you have rendered.
So on behalf of myself, my family, my community, and My Far Rockaway, THANK YOU!
