I just did a focus group discussion here. Friendly, professional staff. Nice facility with big, comfortable executive chairs in the meeting room. Also the waiting area has tables, which is convenient. It's a great way to make some extra cash just for talking.

Had a good experience. We started about 25 minutes late due to the participants not coming on time. Perhaps a small incentive to show up early would be great.

The staff was professional, accommodating, and would definitely participate again.

Well this was very disappointing. I took time out of my day to be here. I WASTED MY TIME to be here. There was no phone call and I never received any other communication from you. I really don't have the time to be wasting it with you. I don't know what kind of joke this was but it is a huge disappointment. What a joke. Thanks for wasting my time. My phone line was open, I called with no response, I sent emails. What a waste of time.

The front desk staff are very nice. The facility is very neat, clean and quiet atmosphere. The research study was quick and easy. They offer snacks, coffee, water, soft drinks.

Wish I could give them zero stars Phone staff is very rude they all have attitudes and are no help to you at all. I was trying to register from my phone just like I did with P&K, Fieldwork O’Hare, Schlesinger and so on, I was having a difficult time registering. No thanks if that’s how they treat you over the phone imagine how they do in person. I’ll be done punched somebody so, no thanks

Clean place, friendly staff and it's painless to provide your opinions. Parking is expensive, $27 for 75 mins, so I suggest using Uber or Lyft rather than driving.
