Very disappointed from the corrupt staff in Mokena location. Many times I was qualified for surveys and they cancel in the last minute. The reason is the staff who are working there including Teresa Flynn who claims to be a manger let their friends and relatives walk in and I’ve them surveys then cancel the qualified clients who are scheduled for these surveys . They always claim there is no enough products however people are scheduled based on available products . When I try to call to get explanation , they become super rude and make me feel I’m asking for a personal favor.
I hope someone in higher management read my review and do something about these corrupt staff.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Bryles Research Company that I feel compelled to share. As a 46-year-old white female, I was shocked when I was asked to pretend to be a 31-year-old Hispanic male just to participate in a survey that was explicitly designated for Hispanic respondents. This request came from a manager at the company, who stated that they needed to meet their quota for the survey.

It was disheartening to hear that the company would resort to such unethical practices. I expected to engage in a legitimate research study, but instead, I was being asked to misrepresent my identity. When I inquired about why they needed me to pretend to be someone I’m not, the manager's response was simply that it was necessary to fulfill their daily requirements. This lack of integrity is deeply troubling and reflects poorly on the values of the establishment.

Additionally, while waiting for my survey to begin, I overheard the staff on the phone discussing various matters with other customers. While I won’t disclose specifics for privacy reasons, it was evident that there were inconsistencies in how they were handling different participants. This further raised my concerns about the overall transparency and honesty of Bryles Research Company.

It’s truly sad to see a company prioritize quotas over ethical standards and genuine research practices. I participated in only one study there, and I can confidently say that I will never return. The experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disillusioned. I believe that companies should uphold integrity and respect for all individuals, and Bryles Research Company has failed to do so. I would advise others to think twice before engaging with them.

Great place to test products and get paid while you doing it.... usually 3/4 test a Day here, 30/45 min. Paid surveys.... Gotta love it 👑

- Wish they would've told me that im getting a virtual payment 🫰🏽 via Email the NEXT DAY as opposed to CASH or CARD THAT DAY ...👎🏽

A few things about this place… firstly, the pay is great for the studies relative to the time you put in. They reach out to me for studies all the time, unlike other places in the city that im guessing you must know someone in order to participate(i’ve done probably 20 surveys and never qualify). But beyond that, the team is so kind and goes above and beyond. Natalie has helped me on more than one occasion when something comes up and I need to reschedule. Marcy went out of her way to contact the payment provider when I let two visa cards expire and I though I was SOL. Superb customer service and just amazing people working here.

Have a strong feeling their surveys are racially charged. I have qualified for surveys in the past years ago, but recently when I fill out the pre qualification and it asks me my race (I’m not white) the next page tells me i don’t qualify. This happened multiple times. I finally put that I’m white and it goes through to the next question.. Just this previous one I did, I told them I was white and ended up qualifying for the actual survey. However, my screen glitched and it sent me back to the main page where I was able to take it again. This time I put in my actual race just to see and of course, I no longer qualify. Not saying that they can’t genuinely have met the “quota” for non white people but you would think researchers are trying to get the opinions of people who aren’t white for a change. And considering I know Mokena is a pretty white area I doubt they fill the quota that easily. Anyways.. very weird I will no longer be trying with them
