I must say that A lot of the team leads have been VERY accommodating and helpful. One thing I will say is all places have their ups and downs but the experience I have had here is a good one they treat you like you’re family and not only that they try their best with what little they have. THANK YOU for giving me an opportunity to come to work everyday and help others.

Management is highly unprofessional. I have a list of things this business has been doing. Ttec has Changed the exemption for payroll without employees clear consent, Job type as part time in the contract but I have full time schedule,
Clocking out and giving corrective actions for “excessive” unpaid bathroom breaks but we have 10 mins out of the entire day to use the bathroom and Writing us up without our knowledge. The communication is so horrendous. Management barely work and communicate with the employees but quick to fire someone or give corrective actions.
Also, System/Computer issues taken out of our pay. The job is so easy but management treats it like high school or a juvenile institution.

Had one opportunity to be hired and even joined a zoom group onboarding and was so excited just for the lady to start with “we had this zoom meeting with you all to tell you we have no position's available and reach out in 3 months” I did just that just to get messages that my email, account, and application is rejected. I just know this company is overrated cause how do you have a meeting to tell new hires they not being hired.

They waste your time with a lengthy application and assessment process. Some people purchase computers to be able to pass their technical requirements assessments since you cant use a Macbook. After your computer passes the tech scan they send a link to schedule an interview that never has any available slot times after trying dozens of times over a week or so! There is a helpdesk for Potential candidates, but they have no ability to do anything but tell you to keep trying the link. Nuts! After the job becomes expired, and your time is wasted, they have the nerve to send you emails, inviting you to a zoom call to “fast track” your application and then you start the same process again of going through the same assessments you already did just to be sent that lame invitation link that never shows any interview slots available. After emailing the recruiter, she replies with a stale apology and absolutely no recourse for people who waste time and money applying at this dysfunctional company. If this is how the interview process is ran, you can only imagine what horrors await if you work as an employee there. I am glad I dodged the bullet.

HIGHLY Don’t recommend! The communication in this company is horrible. You can never reach anyone. It doesn’t matter if you call or email they don’t respond and when they do it seems everyone is clueless about what’s going on. I was hired in April to start Exam Fx to obtain my GA state license. At the beginning they have you hook up your company computer, well from the beginning the Ethernet never worked and they didn’t bother to send me a new one. The enter time I used my personal computer. I took the exam after 3 weeks and had to wait to get into training which was in July. I start and the fourth day of training they tell me I was a vice toy deactivated by the exam fx trainer and it would take a few weeks for me to get reactivate so they removed me and Put me in another class which started three weeks later. I start that class and again the first isn’t working. I told IT it was the computer and they said it was the cord so they sent a new one and it didn’t work. Finally I received a new computer which I was never informed was shipped. The trainer ask me to remove myself from class until the computer arrived and this was two days after I spoke with IT. That Friday come and the trainer said oh your package arrived Tuesday. I was never told it was even shipped. So I couldn’t get the package until Saturday. Monday came and I tried the cord and was told now that they had to send me a computer. I stayed in class two days until the trainer retirbrd from being out and tells me I can’t come back until the computer is working. Now I get an email today I was terminated for attendance and I just received the attendance policy two days ago. This place is a joke and they don’t have people with any type of know how working. I will be reporting them to the department of labor as well and I feel you’ll should too.

Don’t even waste your time. I’ve been hired and placed into multiple classes. What they don’t tell you is they over book these classes because “they don’t know who will and won’t show up” so when they say you are all set to start you really aren’t. The classes are really first come first serve and if the class fills up they bump you to the next class the following month. Which means it can be MONTHS before you actually start the job if you ever start at all. They try to sympathize with you saying there’s nothing they can do but they know exactly what they are doing overbooking these classes. Along with this they barely answer the phone, don’t answer emails, don’t bother texting their text line. It’s a surprise when you actually get in touch with someone. Just save yourself the trouble and work somewhere else.

Update: 07/17/2023 I got hired in May 2023 and started training on June 13 in which I worked 2 weeks before being told by that I’m being placed in another class. To much to my surprise I’ve sent over 10 emails to about 8 different personal in Human Resources/TA which have gone unanswered. One person replied and told me I’d be training on 07/18 but even then I haven’t gotten the training information. They are all LIARS. Check indeed reviews and people stories on Reddit. Save your TIME and energy. Literal trash company because no one knows what’s going on; NOBODY!!!! Got hired and ghosted ! (Yes passed background check)

Like any job it's not perfect but 1 thing for sure they got your back. It's like working with friends and family and I've had the pleasure to develop myself so much in the process. Very well organized and I like the way the vacation/sick time is set up. They are always sending gifts and encouraging healthy competition.
