We purchased Shaw Stainless in 2021 where ATS Tech Solutions was already the tech company in place to maintain their infrastructure and provide user support. After the purchase, we continued working with ATS to maintain Shaw. This was a great decision. I would give ATS Tech Solutions 10 stars if I could. My company has been doing business with ATS since 2004. They have provided hardware and software support. When our server crashed several years ago, they had it repaired within 48 hours and we had an in house server at the time. They have provided hand holding when we have installed software from outside vendors. ATS has also provided all of our hardware and tried to get us the best prices on the hardware. In 2013, they introduced a proactive approach to our IT needs and every time we have had a problem, it has been resolved within 24 hours or less. We have had a major virus which required all the computers on our network to be cleaned and restored to working order before the virus was introduced. The virus was introduced by an employee that clicked on a link in email that they shouldn't have. This was not a virus that ATS could have prevented. ATS provided the backup needed to restore the computers. When the pandemic hit, we left our desks at our office and were immediately able to work from home because ATS has already set us up for just such a situation. I highly recommend ATS for anyone who would like to take a "set it and forget" approach to their IT management. Their services are worth every penny we pay them!

I have been sub-contracting with ATS Tech Solutions for at least the past 15 years handling their residential and part of their small office work. I have my own IT company (Rhino Computer Services)that supports residential and small office, but when I need the big server work done right, I pass them onto ATS Tech Solutions to take care of them. They do a great job taking care of the client in a timely manner and price the job competitively.
