The gross lack of concern for my husbands care and wellbeing was disgusting and showed a gross lack of concern, Dr Yanan Shang at OHSU Layton Aging And Alzheimer's Disease Center, sent a notice to my husbands care center to have him evicted from care before even getting records to the other professionals involved in his care that have equal qualifications if not superior yet massive contrasting diagnoses. There was no collaboration nor any concern as to where my husband would live.

I as assigned as a medical representative by my husband on his advanced directive was never contacted. I do not have the ability to care for him and not given any information and currently have no clue where my husband will be able to live long term.

The lack of concern for my husband and his well being and the non-answers contributing to a person going from care to homelessness shows a hard cold view of how OHSU drs truly view and treat their patients after being on a long waitlist to even be seen.

Do anything to keep your family from seeing these experts/monsters working a backlog and don’t see people as human beings.

They will heartlessly destroy your loved one’s life as they hurry to get thru their next set of patients to cause yet more problems, collect payment, and never look back. I am absolutely horrified that Dr Shang left other health care professionals scrambling at the last minute to stop my husbands eviction from his care facility with no records sent to them from OHSU to reference of any kind and no collaboration.

For OHSU to be a teaching hospital to set the standard for health care in Oregon clearly says that health care in Oregon will continue to degrade.
