Had a great experience working with Jim at the Lab. Jim went above and beyond helping me with my product. Not only does he sit and walk you through the process step by step. He suggest things that can make your product better and help bring the cost down. Working with Jim went really well for bringing my product from idea to FORBES. Much more to come Jim has been steadily in contact even after product in finished to see updates and ideas he have to help improve even more. If you have an idea don’t waist time going to anyone else Jim will get the job done and done really well.

To say I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Jim (owner of Ratio Labs) would be a gross understatement. I took a product idea to him and within minutes he was on board with the concept and already sketching ideas for improving it. Within weeks I had 3D printed prototypes. Jim was generous with his time, extremely creative, and sensitive to my cost constraints. I could not have been more impressed with him or his abilities. I highly recommend Ratio Labs.

Jim has been fantastic at helping turn my 2D idea drawings into real, functioning prototypes. I am very happy with what we’ve produced so far. Everything up to this point has been on-time and on-budget. Although COVID-19 has thrown a serious wrench into our gears of progress, we are managing to work through it; in fact, Jim has even taken it upon himself to use his product design skills and in-house equipment to build additional PPE for first responders and other essential workers. Great work, Jim and Ratio! I am very glad I picked Jim/Ratio to help with my product idea and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
