Edit to the owner:No me not understanding how to use the webiste does not make you a bad print shop,the fact that i asked for a 4x4 and you gave me a 1 inch does, the fact that i asked about the size difference and you told me I should've stretched it out with an attitude does, or the fact that i did email you looking for guidance and tell you what i was trying to do and got no response back does. Customer service goes along way. Im pretty sure you wouldn't be happy if you paid for 20 nuggets and only recieved 4 then recievedan attitude when it was brought up. I paid for a 4x4 and recieved a 2x2.
Not happy at all. I asked for a 4x4 pocket picture and recieved a 2x2 probably smaller than that. When I inquired about the size difference. I was told "well you should've stretched to the size you was looking for." First of all how was I supposed to know that when it doesnt state that on the website and Secondly, it states 4x4 so i thought it would be what i paid for. And i was told " That doesnt mean anything". Now ma'am what am I gonna do with these 2 inch designs? Then I had pictures printed that were supposed to go on a large and a 2x shirt and the size printed is for a small/medium. Im so disgusted and disappointed. I will never use them again. Stay clear of this print shop.
