No complaints about the store but the best buy automated voice system is hands down the worst I have ever had to use. It doesn't know how to connect you to the store, couldn't find my account based on my phone number and despite just wanting to talk to geek squad it continually routed me to corporate customer service, making me sit on hold for cumulatively over an hour. Fix it please.

Ordered online for store pickup, order ready quick the next day. Tried to call store to tell them my wife would pickup not me..local number sends you to apparently Pakistan to customer service where I was told I couldn't contact store and if I did change anything it may take 24hrs to go into affect. After losing my mind on three calls hopefully she can pickup today...if not they can refund my money and keep the order, Amazon has it also...will never shop again at Best buy again.
