My husband and I recently hired Aqua Res-Q to do a full remodel of our pool and deck. It included an addition of a sundeck, resurfacing, new tile, new equipment including new heater, pool deck extension and paver replacement as well as installing new sod. It was a very large job, and I cannot thank Allison, Nate, Nick and all the different contractors they work with, enough for all their hard work to make our dream pool perfect. I have worked with many contractors over the years on various large projects and Aqua Res-Q by far exceeded my expectations. They are professional, courteous and great with communication and follow-up. They genuinely care about your project and want their customers to be happy with the end product. I am super happy that I was referred by Aaron with Hodges pool to Aqua Res-Q. I spoke with Bethany who was super sweet and professional. They had Nicholas and another person come out real quick and they found the leak. They provided clear communication of the leak, including video. Super professional in every way. They then scheduled me with in a week to come and do the repairs. Nicholas was super professional and fixed our issue with in 3 to 4 hours. I highly recommend them if you have pool leaks or repairs needed. They are on the top of my list for future issues with my pools! Keep up the great work!

After a devastating fire that reduced our home to nothing but the slab, the only thing left untouched was our pool. To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect or if it was even salvageable. The pool cage had collapsed on it, and for over a year, it sat neglected, collecting the remnants of the fire, algae, frogs, bugs, snakes, and all sorts of critters. It looked worse than a swamp.

Once we reached a point where we could start working on the pool, I contacted Pool Ninja, who had maintained it for years. Reid recommended Aqua ResQ, who had previously installed a pool light for us. When Aqua ResQ came out to assess the damage, I was relieved by their honesty. Other companies had tried to convince us we needed to completely resurface and re-marcite the pool, but Nick and the team at Aqua ResQ were upfront about their approach. They said they would do their best to restore the pool without pushing unnecessary work.

Nick came out a few weeks ago and drained, cleaned, and acid-washed the pool twice. After the first attempt, he admitted he wasn’t sure if it could be fully restored due to the extensive algae damage. But he didn’t give up. He came back the next day, put in more effort, and managed to get the pool looking great again.

I can’t express how much I appreciate their honesty, transparency, and professionalism. They didn’t take advantage of our situation, and on top of that, they brought our pool back to life. I’m incredibly grateful to Aqua ResQ for their quality work and dedication!!!

While no one wants to spend money on a costly repair, IF YOU HAVE TO, these guys know what they’re doing and try to find the cheaper but appropriate option. I had 2 good size leaks. It was a 2 day fix for it and while he was there he explained and educated a lot. I’m not a fan of spending money. But I feel confident that I didn’t get taken for and my repair is holding well a month in.
