I was not planning to open the account too early for my new business. The salesperson named Amy told me it would take 2 weeks to get approved. So, I agreed to turn in the application at 12:28am. on 08/12/2024. And 9 hours later, I decided to cancel the application at 9:58 am. because I don't want to be rushed, and the plan does not really meet what I need. It happened at the same day. She told me I couldn't cancel. Then, the second day(08/13/2024, I had been told it need 2 weeks), I received the email telling me, "Your merchant account has been approved." Amy told me she will cancel my account. I thought that's done. But 6 days ago, I found my bank account being charged from them on September 6th. I contacted Amy and talked to customer service. Amy asked me to talk to customer service. Customer Service asked me to talk to my salesperson. She also told me that the system was automatically charged. After a few contacts, Amy was not responding to me now. My question is, how come I can't cancel my service on the same day. How can you charge me for the monthly fee, I did not get anything service from you. No pos device. No any transaction. No service. Everything was not started. I can't find any reason to pay the fee. Not happy with it. Not recommend it.
