She gave me her cell number from the start. She has promptly text me back when I had questions. When the demon winds forced a piece of my fence apart she alone has come by my home and fixed it. She has such a funny and kind personality, just a pleasure to text and speak to. Last July my fence was installed. I thought they did a very good job. The experience was good. Over the winter I had some trouble with the latches and this summer I asked them to see if they could prevent the problem this coming winter. Rusty fit me into his busy schedule and fixed my gates. We are very impressed with Innovative Fence Solutions! Quality of work, communication, customer service, professionalism are all top notch! They installed a vinyl chainlink fence on a sloped lot , built a custom gate at our steps leading to the lake, and installed vinyl lattice under our porch. We couldn't be happier with their work! I priced several companies throughout Birmingham and was disappointed. Several were really high, and while others were moderate their pricing was the best. I actually saw Innovative Fence Solutions doing work in a yard and saw the quality of the work. I got an estimate and they were the most affordable by several hundred dollars.

It was a few hours later and I had an estimate from the time I first contacted them. In the next few days they got the supplies and were set to install it within a week of contacting them (the delay was on me, they were ready sooner). They met me one more time to insure they knew what I wanted, and once everything was confirmed they started the next day. The fence is great quality, I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. All of the guys were professional, friendly and attentive to my concerns with the fence.
