My home away from home since 2015. The family atmosphere is real and even on my worst days it’s always the best place to be. Surrounded by those who constantly have my back and truly care for me deep down. Couldn’t ask for a better place to be!

Being a coach here has been the best experience I could’ve ever asked for. While the new skills, first place finishes, and bonding with our family is the best experience, being able to mold these athletes into the best humans they can be, and teach them lessons so they function in a normal society one day when they get older is a blessing to the eyes. We are blessed with an incredible support system including our owners, co-workers, and and all clientele! You guys are truly the best family!

All of the instructors and staff at Punchfront are exceptional. Their dedication and care for the gymnasts is evident. The coaches foster not just physical strength but also nurture kind and resilient individuals. I’ve witnessed remarkable growth in my daughters’ skills and confidence, especially through the private sessions with Coach Seayrra, who inspires and challenges my girls to reach their fullest potential. My oldest daughter also trains with Coach Kay, who motivates and empowers her to perform with confidence and strive for excellence. I can’t express enough positive sentiments about this gym, and I’m thrilled to be part of this supportive gym family!

Both my husband and I grew up as tumblers and eventually moved into the cheer world. It was important to us to find a gym that knew what they were doing, cared about our babies and yet pushed them to reach their full potential once they get older. We found it here at Punchfront! They are currently doing renovations and I’m so excited for what’s to come! They have already expanded the toddler area (it’s separate from the big gym which I LOVE) and have upgraded the parking lot and lobby! The coaches and owners absolutely love their job and truly care about the kids. My boys love it here and ask to go every day. I highly recommend!

My kids have grown in this program in the 9 years they have been at PunchFront. They provide a safe, family friendly environment that my kids enjoy. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. And the coaches support their athletes in and outside of the gym. 🩵💚🤍

i started flipping at the age of 14 in Perry GA unfortunately i did not know of PF until 5 years later. i worked at another gym in Florida a place called gulf coast gymnastics for about 2 years and then moved back to GA a couple months after I moved back i saw the sign and thought this seemed like a cool opportunity to continue coaching and flipping in a safe environment. i can truly say that i have learned the most about coaching student athletes than ever before. i absolutely love this gym and my fellow co-workers, students and owners. These 2 years i have been at this gym have been my most happiest years of my life, and though I must leave very soon i will never forget my time there and I will use the knowledge i have learned to improve my craft and become an even more devout and knowledgeable coach.
