Son has been going here 2x week and taking the dietary advice as well since Nov 2022 (9 months). He’s put on 10ish lbs, improved exit velo from 90 to 94. 60yd sprint from 7.18 to 6.71. 10 yrd from 1.72 to 1.51. Outfield pull down from 86 to 91. Highly recommend to any of the parents with kids trying to improve and be at the top of the skill tree. The new facility at Ballerz should allow for even more baseball improvement. Pictures from 1 year apart to show the gains.

My 13 yr old son is in this program. The most specific, focused functional training I’ve seen for young athletes!! Travis runs a top notch program and really pushes these kids to excel. Highly recommend!!!

My first time lifting with travis I came in as a 145 lb kid. I was always twitchy but needed help directing it towards the right part of my game. We got to work quick and through out my time I learned a lot about my body, as well as how to use it in the weight room and even more importantly on the field. Also while being there I was able to work my self into becoming a division one athlete. I would highly recommend travis to any under developed athletes, and even older guys who need help with all aspects of their game.

Travis Grimes is the best trainer I have ever had and I have tried a few. They were all good but Travis is GREAT! He spends time teaching and training while ensuring you understand the healthier aspects of working out. I see results, feel great, and I am so committed to living well!

I will always recommend Playmakers Sports Performance to any athlete looking to grow their game. I began working with Travis in Fall 2020 during my junior year. In a few short months I noticed a tremendous change in my strength, mobility, and speed on the softball field. While training with Playmakers Sports Performance I witnessed changes in exit velocity, stolen bases, and range of motion. I am a D1 softball player at Charleston Southern University and training with Playmakers Sports Performance prepared me greatly for competing at the college level! When I got to college in Fall 2022, it was obvious how beneficial training with Playmakers Sports Performance was for me as an athlete. There was a noticeable difference in strength between myself and other incoming freshman and even returning players. If you are looking to excel and perform at the highest level I would highly recommend training with Playmakers Sports Performance!
