Although I would have liked to have given this company a good review it just wasn't possible. I stopped in there in February 2025 to get help creating a sign for our business. I was told to Email Carter and give him the details. I did this and he asked me a few questions then provided an answer that was complete industry jargon that I didn't know what he was talking about. When I emailed back on 2 different occasions asking for clarification and asking for an estimate of how much the sign cost, Carter completely ignored my emails. I called to follow up because he wouldn't answer my emails and although he was there I was told he would call me back. I've still never received a call or email back, nor any indication of how much the sign would cost or answers to my questions.....I think this is a terrible way to do business. If you don't want to do it, then just respond and tell me. I'll never try to do business with this company again.

I would recommend McEver Signs again and again. They have amazing customer service and great print quality on everything we've ever ordered from them for Silver City Elementary. They go above and beyond to make sure items are ready in a timely manner (even when I have last minute requests). Great company with a great staff!

Have used McEver signs multiple times, the design comes out as expected most of the time. I run a small business and they are in no rush to take care of the smaller jobs like mine, expect over a week wait time with no updates provided
