Driver of truck 2331 is extremely rude and has zero respect for people's business. He blocked the entire entrance to my restaurant for 25 minutes while having lunch and getting a milkshake at the gas station across the highway. When he returned to his truck I politely asked him not to park there if he was going to the gas station and became extremely rude, combative and violent yelling at me that he didn't give a damn what I said or that he blocked my business. He then followed me into my parking lot yelling and waiving his hands. If he acts like this on foot I can only imagine how he acts behind the wheel.

This place is a farce, I had to wait an hour after checking for an email of the BOL's to be sent from another location to this one here in Saraland. How do they not have that information on site and ready to go. When I asked the lady at the check in desk if this was normal she nodded yes. I'm a company driver so I do not have the wherewithal to refuse loads sent to me if you can don't come here.

Terrible Terrible place to pick up they literally have you waiting over a hour on paperwork supposedly they have to get it from somewhere else and the guy over it is rude. If you a owner operator in you run into mode one on from mobile to cantonment its a waste of time in money BE CAREFUL

No shop have to take it to an out of company shop to get small things done ( like windshield washer fluid and Light bulbs. Yes I know the driver can put fluid in but why should they have to buy their own? ) fleet manager gives you an attitude when you report problems to your truck. Does no good to write up chassis on your Vehicle inspection reports they don't get fixed. Driving a day cab they constantly send you on 300+mile runs that cannot be done safely or legally in an 11 hr drive day. They will put you up in a hotel if you push the point but they don't pay any extra for having to layover and fleet manager gives you the attitude. They have a great dispatcher. 50-60+ hrs a week for bad pay. I wouldn't go back.

Elmington,Pa. Truck 403! Huge air leak in truck causing the tanks to purge every few minutes. People trying to sleep but your driver is insuring that not be possible for some of us! We've knocked on door but are ignored. Curtains drawn and truck running but no respect for others or your equipment for that matter!just thought you would like to know how your being represented and my 1st impression as well as how your unit is being handled.
