I joined Partner Driven a few months ago as a seasoned investor, Flipper, and broker. I’ve seen many versions of “We Are Flipper Kings” but Peter, Julie, and crew have put together something pretty special. Like all things opportunities are what you make of them and there are plenty of opportunities here. Collaborating to get things done is the key and it’s easy to do when you have access to education, collaboration, and owners always available for you. I recently joined their program; if I could go back in time I would have steered clear. Even if they can fund your deals, their terms are very hard to get accepted for on-market properties (30 business day inspection and 45 day close). Before signing up with them, I made sure to ask about their purchase agreement terms to avoid running into problems down the road. Their sales representative David told me that it shouldn't be something to worry about as they don't want to lose a deal over terms. Couldn't be the farthest thing from the truth. Don't trust a word they say.

I am a committed partner and have concluded numerous transactions with them thus far. It has been a team effort and closing all the deals I i have closed.I just closed one recently meeting today, October 24th 2024I had it under contract 52k listed it for 60k sold for 60k. i also had one close on 9/18/24 i used the software i drove passed the vacant house, skip trace the owner. Got it under contract for 40k sold it for 50k. You gotta do the work just don't sign up and aspect them to do the work for you. That's like getting hired at pizza hut and you expect the manager to prepare the pizza bake it cut it and box and deliver it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
I was contacted by Mr. Raglim who told me he was going to buy my property in Manhattan KS, and he said that he had a cash offer for me. I told him that im in the military and i need to sell my house quick because i need to report to my new duty station. The first thing i asked him was if he is a flipper, and he said yes, that he buys properties to fix and sell them later and that he would have everything ready in 45 days. 42 Days later no signs of him or anybody from this company, and i just found out that they posted my property for sale without telling me. i tried to contact him multiple times, but no answer. i had to get someone else's phone to call him for him to lie to my face. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE !

All you have to do is find deals that meet their margins criteria, use their contract, use their money, and they hold your hand through the entire process and split the profits with you 50/50!
