I've been working with Charlena since 2019 and it has been a wonderful experience. Her confidence and knowledge of the industry has kept me grounded, even when I wanted to panic she kept her stance and my application was approved. This experience has had many journies inside itself and I'm so glad I chose her to guide me through it all. She has been hands-on from the start providing assistance in areas she didn't have to but was willing with an eager heart. Attorney Charlena Thorpe and her assistant Morgan Dorsey have worked with my son and me over the past year. Morgan has done a fantastic job in customer service and the experience we've had with them both are above and beyond great. They are professional and knowledgeable about what is needed in each situation of the process and are prompt with sending documents off in a timely manner. They were so very nice and helpful to us while my son was in his patent process. At this time my son' patent is in the process of being approved within days. Now since Charlena has done such a great job with my son's patent, I'm looking forward to her handling my patent soon.

We hired her for trademark work and she had done a poor job of concealing our names. We were trying to hire her again, "stupid me!" During the consultation, Charlena was very unprofessional. She was very rude, unprofessional, and showed signs of trying to take advantage of our situation by trying to influence us to pay for unneeded copyrights so that she can profit. I had to hang the phone up because of her insults and rudeness. It was very shocking and surprising how she acted. Very disappointed!!!! I only gave 1 star because there isn't an option to give zero stars! With people giving her positive reviews, either they know her personally and doing her a favor, or she paid for those reviews!

This law firm has the best customer service Morgan was punctual, knowledgeable and able to schedule our appointment asap and I was cutting it close for time. She went above and beyond to ensure we got an appt with Mrs. Thorpe quickly.
Ms. Thorpe has a youtube channel that allows you to see her in action and her social media presence assured me that she was extremely intelligent. Her heart to assure top quality service appeared immediately. She was flexible, resourceful, and assured us in consultation that she could handle our issue and explained in great detail with faith we could see her doing the research. She looked up the laws, procedures, and explain each part of what we had to do in detail. She is professional, personable, and about her business. It is one thing to get a lawyer but she specializes in a ton of mandatory services needed to be great at your craft. She isn't just knowledgeable but she has the experience to give you top notch services. You better book her because I have referred her over to many others already.
