I'm sure this is a good program for some. We were very up front with our salesperson that we are not computer people and do not have a person or staffing that can monitor this system on a daily basis. It was over sold to our company, and it was a lot of money that I feel was wasted. This process is not as easy as they make it sound and has to be maintained. We were led to believe once it was set up it would just be linked to our vendors and maintain itself with a few exceptions. That is not the case!!!

Our company paid for this program for 3 years. We never had a trainer to teach us how to use it. For 2 years the payment slipped by on our credit card and wasn't noticed. This year our office manager questioned it and called the day after it deducted on the card to cancel and was told there could be no cancellation of a web site purchase. WE NEVER USED THIS PROGRAM. They refuse to refund the 2023 charge and it is active until 2024 but we don't know how to use it because no one has ever came to train us. Not happy with this company at all.

Program is to complicated to use, No Phone Assistance, doesn't do what it needs to do in terms of the market and shifting trends. Example : Variant widths within the same Box or layout. Choices are limited to 3", 4", 5", and so on but not combined.
Asked for help through the chat and didn't help and was waiting for over 30 minutes. Next wanted to cancel membership and no one was available. Had to submit a request then given a order number just to cancel.
There are other programs better and easier to use, oh and with a phone number to call for help or just ask questions.
