Excellent. John is super helpful, and always has such a charismatic vibe to him. Definitely recommend seeing him, but honestly the whole staff is great. They are all so welcoming, and patient even when it’s packed.

Went to upgrade to the iPhone 16 pro max. Apparently we had to wait for an hour for the find my iPhone to turn off.. the red haired pregnant lady said you can sit here for an hour or come back in an hr.. we came back in 45 mins and another dude in there sold the iPhone I was suppose to get and that was the only freaking one. No apologizes or ANYTHING they could have damn called to make sure we were coming back before selling it out from under us. Do not recommend this dumpster fire.

I needed to return my modem and router.

NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE!!!!!!! Less than 10 spaces and a handicapped parking spot! ITS A JOKE! Spectrum is a multi-million dollar company. Your parking lot should be expanded to accommodate your customers. It was impossible for me to park anywhere and I had to move my car three times without being towed! After feeling so upset and frustrated, I threw my modem and router into the back of the car. I will not be returning to this address in the future!! There were five employees at spectrum and only two were working with customers. What is going on?! There is a long line out the door and two employees are working with customers?! Please take action on this issue!!

It is better to contact customer service on the 1-888 number. Parking spaces and time can be saved.

Not necessarily this store but Spectrum in general sucks. I got my Spectrum Internet Service through a third party partnered with Spectrum, OptiNet. I was quoted the first 3 months free. December being the first month, I received a bill. Same for January. My internet was disconnected for non-payment so I reached out to OptiNet and they got it restored and credited my account. Come February, I received another bill which I didn't pay because again, first 3 months free. Now my internet is disconnected again due to non-payment. OptiNet told me to reach out to Spectrum to have it reconnected. Spectrum says they don't even know what OptiNet is. What is really going on? This has just become too much of a hassle. I think I'll go back to EPB or RTC. They seem to do a better job with customer service.

This place is crazy. 5 people working in it and people lined out the door and only 1 person can take your payment and he is selling a phone for 45.mins..pissed is a under statement.

Got new service. However, didn't stay to set it up. The wifi keeps going out. Phone cost $250 and doesn't even do what I need it to do. This is awful service to an elderly person who is just trying to get a phone.

My internet goes off a lot and seems like they intentionally interrupt my internet because I stream my television and not buying it from them. Wish there was a good alternative in this area for internet.
