Tried to get them to create a logo for me and the first team I was working with eventually just stopped responding to me. Months later I was contacted by the company saying that I was assigned a new team because of the incompetence of the previous team (their words).

I then worked with a team that was decent at best and ultimately came up with a fine logo after several renditions but then told me that it would cost me $600 in legal documentation of ownership on top of what the cost of the logo (a relatively fair price) and then when the it was legally prepared, it would cost me $220-$440 to mail the paperwork around from place to place.

Now, I'm no lawyer so I don't know what a good deal on legal costs is but $200-$500 to mail paper sounds like a ripoff to me. They also don't tell you about these costs until after the original fee of the logo design has been paid for. They also won't refund the logo at that point so I counted my losses and dipped out (I can't even use the logo I paid for) so take my story as a lesson and avoid these guys.

After getting frustrated by multiple organizations and wasted thousands of $, I finally found Logo Design Flex whose designers are genuinely creative in website designing. The designer who did work on my website done an outstanding job. He updated my social media profiles too. Recommended!

If I could have 0 starts I would. Company didn't provide what they said they would, even called and said they weren't satisfied with their first site and didn't do the SEO work, in turn they put someone else on the job who wanted more money and still didn't fix the problems. Complete Scam, do not use

I paid them about 20K and there is noting to show for this company. I would not trust anyone from this company at all. They told me it going to take 3 months and it's been almost a year and nothing to show. Never will I work with another company like them. I hope I am the last person the scam.
