I am a new client to RGR, I've been working directly with Jeff a VP. They were referred to me by trusted associate, as a real company that delivers. After doing my own due diligence I confirmed the referred company as fully legit. I run a sales organization and provide leads for my team members. I am approx 60% done with my order and wanted to keep all in this solar/sales/leads world updated as I go. So far I have been delivered exactly or nearly exactly as I was informed. It was almost amazing. I am not fully done with my order and will update my posting as my process goes with them. So far: Tech is good, tech team is responsive and on point, platform quality, returns go smoothly, sales promises tentatively delivered. I look forward to the end of this campaign to look at my KPI's and CPA's (although my sales are not their responsibility, providing a lead is). I pray I see a big enough return to come back to this company for a reorder. My projections are looking good. One sale on the books!

The promises were kept. The leads were delivered. The IT agent Ray is a 10 star. He is the only reason that I am not giving a 1 star. He was very helpful quick and on top of my needs to get the leads sent into appropriate crms. Thank you Ray.

The VP Jeff. He came across as condescending, arrogant and out of touch with client needs. I reached out to him with my concern on the quality and accuracy of the leads I received. He says "if you need more sales than buy more leads"
I was pretty put off by his reply.

Lead quality. Yes the leads came in as promised, at least in numbers. I do feel like I got hosed. I will never purchase nor recommend this company for Solar Leads. I know they are a good company. The real estate leads and other services they provide might be in line acceptable quality. They need to make adjustments to the quality.

Hopefully this will get to the right ears and the adjustments can be made.
