They are fast in unloading.Delivered paper roll load checked in 3:35pm for 4pm appointment i was out with signed papers at 4:05pm. Receiving office for paper roll load is in between door 57&58.

Quick delivery of roll stock, as in photo go to door 57 or 58 back up in any dock with tandems slided all the way back, go to door the one in between both docks to checkin.

Very good place. Nice people👍. My appointment was a 1:00 pm. So I am arrive earlier like 1030 so they take me so I was checking in 10:30 check out 11:15.

Truckers beware! This is the worst company to stop or pick up at. Very unprofessional and unacceptable attitude and behavior. They do not answer their phones. Appointments mean nothing here. If your dropping you will lose the load you have scheduled to pick up when you leave here. Over 24 hrs trailer still not unloaded. Was told to leave trailer. I’m already 85 miles away and they want me to go back to put the trailer at a door. Told them no you move it with the tractor. Was told they are to busy. Who ever owns this company needs to go back to school and get educated in distribution management and learn more about the trucking industry. Oh and teach your office personnel some manners.

For roll stock delivery check in between dock 57-58 northeast corner of building. You need to have an appointment but I don't think they much care when it is. I checked in 3.5 hours before appt, and was empty and on my way 2.5 hours before appt. 5 star easy deal!

Super Friendly folks here I delivered rolls from GP Toledo.. all the way in the back between doors 57-58 in and out.. just follow the signs.. I was a little confused at first but I called the number on the first door and the lady helped me out. Little tight to turn around keep those tandems up and put em back when you get lined up.. not a bad place overall
