Terribly run, poorly managed. They don't care about you and they don't care about their customers. They closed multiple locations in the last 5 years and burned bridges with multiple big accounts. Look anywhere else for your transportation needs.

The driver went above and beyond to help me get the chair he delivered into the house when the company I purchased it from only communicated curbside delivery to him. I am pregnant and would not have been able to safely move it. Alfonso really made me feel like he cared and helped us have a positive experience even in the middle of someone else's mistake. I am very grateful!

I was doing 65 up I-5 while one of their drivers attempted to pass me at 1 mile an hour. Another driver got fed up with him and passed him on the left. This apparently outraged the driver and he sped up to at least 70. Absolutely garbage driver. If you are going to pass, you pass. You don't waste time.

Your driver, Valentin Macias, went above and beyond in delivering my vanity top today! I'm a disabled vet and I cannot lift ANYTHING or venture outside my home. I am married to an oxygen tank 24/7. Your driver dellivered my vanity up 9 stairs to my front door and left it on my porch. He offered to bring it inside my home until I explained that I have a hired hand coming Monday morning and that where Valentin left it was perfect. I am extremely grateful and very much appreciatiive of his efforts.

My order did not show on scheduled delivery date. Nobody called to notify me of the change in schedule. I called wondering where it was and was told it may be delivered the following day and that they would call me asap to verify. OVER a week later.. nobody called. No delivery... so, I called again. Told it has been sitting in their WAREHOUSE this entire time. Very disappointing and not sure if it'll ever get delivered. 👎

Unfortunately, you will probably only be reading these reviews after A Tech screws up. I didn't even think I would need to look up a sub contractor delivery company's service record. Home Depot needs to stop using this company! A Tech said they had called me mid Dec for a following day delivery but I didn't answer (hello? voice mail! Not to mention missed call history) and said they would call me again the following Monday for a next Wed delivery. Both lies. A week and a half later I called the manufacturer and they called me back and said my refrigerator wasn't even assembled for delivery yet. At least, that's what A Tech told them. A couple of weeks after that I get a call that they are in front of my new home and are leaving it on the street. I told them to stay put and I was able to arrive 10 minutes later. They were gone and I was stuck with a 210lb package that need to go up 2 flights of stairs in the rain. Their AWFUL office person said that because the receipt said No Signature Required they weren't obligated to take it beyond the curb. It didn't matter that the receipt also said THRESHOLD DELIVERY. And of course they wouldn't address the issue of not calling me in advance either.

I was worried because of all the negative reviews. I called on Friday to schedule delivery. Delivery was scheduled between 2pm and 5pm on Monday. The driver arrived at about 10am (discrepancy between actual/scheduled is the only reason this isn't 5 stars) and unloaded without a hitch. He pointed out that one of my 29 boxes had opened during transit so that I could make a note of it on the delivery acknowledgment before signing, and he suggested that I take pictures so that any missing or damaged items could be replaced. In spite of the open box, everything was there and nothing was damaged. From my perspective, Atech was great to work with.

I ordered heavy pallets of stone from home depot. I live in a very rural area with a long, twisting, steep driveway that traverses many large trees. Denver at Atech arranged for the right truck and crew to deliver these pallets of stones in a timely manner right up to my garage. When I got caught in a time crunch, he arranged for a special crew to make a delivery on a Friday night so I had them for a next-morning installation. I have read negatives reviews on this site by other customers but my experience was very positive. If you treat these folks well and work with them, they will treat you well and work with you. Denver gets the job done and I whole-heartedly recommend Atech for your delivery needs. Thomas Bertrand
