I was told by Suzie (Susana) that i was completely done. So i registered with a weight loss trial. The weight loss trial told me that Suzie had put me in VCT, and would not remove me so that i could pursue another clinical trial till 6 months after they were done with me. She seems very vindictive. No one will help you when you ask them to remove you from VCT. They never let you speak to a manager either. I don't recommend going there at all.

Not knowing much about research, I volunteered for my first study with Benchmark at Colton Urgent Care. It was a great decision. The staff is friendly and very informative. Although paid for my volunteering, I truly feel their research it is helping the greater good. I am happy to be a part of any future studies with Benchmark and their outstanding team.
