Nadia was the perfect relator for our needs. She was professional in her interaction with us every step of the process. When we were preparing to list our home, she was honest in her assessment of the home value and worked with us to list at a fair market price that would bring potential buyers to our home. She worked with us in preparing the home, giving us suggestions in home improvement and having the home show in the best possible condition. She provided contacts of persons who could help provide home improvement needs as we were preparing the home for sale.

Nadia set a schedule for the sale of the home that was reasonable for us to work to. When the home listed for sale, she set an open house for potential buyers and provided advertisement to attract those buyers. She even walked the neighborhood advertising the home. Because of her preparation in marketing our home, we were able to get several reasonable offers in a very short period of time. Offers came in less than a week after the home listing with some over list price.

Once an offer was accepted, Nadia was with us at every point through the escrow process. She never let a t go uncrossed or an i undotted as we moved to the finish line in the home sale.
