Stay away! Biotherm designed a hydronic heat raised-bed system for me that does not work! I spent thousands on the system, and I dedicated half of my valuable greenhouse space to these beds. What a tremendous waste of money and resources. After receiving their custom plans (which they use as a huge selling point to justify their high prices,) I expressed my concerns about functionality to the salesman, Jon Irish. He assured me it would work, so I built the system exactly as specified. It does not work. I refused to make a final payment of merely $150, and they hounded me with bills for over a year!
