Came here during a recent trip to Atlanta. The restaurant was a short distance from our hotel and had good reviews. They were pretty busy for a weeknight but we were seated pretty quickly at what they called a “community table”, which meant that other people would be seated at our table along with us. The decor and ambiance was lovely. The food did not disappoint and the servings were generous. We tried a few different tacos and the quesabirria, which was my favorite. The drinks were pretty tasty as well. I will say although they do have a kids menu, the ambiance was definitely better suited for an adult audience. My daughter was definitely not impressed with the food selection but that’s through no fault of the restaurant.

Great first experience here!! We were seated quickly, greeted in a timely fashion and the drinks didn’t take long to arrive. The menu was simple and full of good choices and the food arrived promptly even under very busy conditions. Servers were friendly and helpful!! These folks get it!! I wish every restaurant experience was like this one. Staff works really hard and you can tell that everyone is focused and trained well. Great work!!

Very fast service and very friendly as well!! The food was very good and you can tell it was made very well. The outside seating was lovely and so warm, it was warmer than the inside and absolutely superb!!

What I Loved:
-The vibrant, casual ambiance with fun decor and a strong Mexican identity.

Went on a random Thursday night. The parking is not the best. They have spots in front of the location but are not validated. They do validate parking is a parking deck nearby. There was a wait as it was quite packed.

We ended up taking a seat at the bar. Our orders were quickly placed and food arrived soon after. The chicken burrito was delicious especially with their in house sauces they have of mild, medium, and hot.

I recommend for a quick meal and tastes pretty decent every time. Although this location did not have fries which I was sad about.

Enjoyed the experience of dining here. Food was good, service was friendly (but a bit slow) and the atmosphere was top notch.

It is located at a busy intersection but even while sitting out in the patio we didn’t have any issues because the decor was doing a great job of drowning out the noise/feeling of sitting so close a busy street.

They have a paid parking garage in the same building which they validate. Scan the qr code associated with your lot and they will provide the code that waives the costs.

We visited this restaurant around Christmas time, it was incredibly festive and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Despite being very busy, we were seated relatively quickly after the waiter checked on us a few times, which was understandable given the high volume of guests. The only downside was that we were seated in a corner outside due to the crowd. However, once we settled in, the experience improved significantly.

Parking is about a block away and is paid, but it’s not too bad—a little walk to work up your appetite or burn off a meal. The food was excellent overall. I had the BIRRIA BARBACOA, COSTRA, and the Grilled Chicken taco, all of which offered distinct and enjoyable flavors. The birria barbacoa was paired with a flavorful broth, but I found that the meat itself lacked seasoning when eaten without the broth. The costra was a standout with its cheesy, crispy goodness, and the grilled chicken taco was perfectly seasoned and tender.

The queso was creamy and delicious, but it’s best enjoyed quickly, as it tends to harden as it cools, losing some of its appeal. The tacos were packed with flavor, featuring traditional toppings like cilantro and onions. If you’re craving extras like jalapeños or tomatoes, they offer plenty of options to customize your order.

The tacos and burritos are served à la carte, so you can mix and match to your heart’s content, and the flavors are consistently on point. If you’re planning a visit, I’d recommend going on a less busy day, but if you’re set on a weekend, making a table reservation in advance would be wise.

Give this place a try—enjoy some tacos, soak in the atmosphere, and have a fantastic time! They also have a full bar inside if that’s what you’re looking for.
