I called for help after a contractor submitted an estimate using this service to produce pricing for wire size which was 6* the approximate cost of other similar services and 10* the cost of actual listed pricing from distributors. This caused a an almost 500% increase, over $16,000 overage on pricing. Trade service customer service would not verify simply the unit cost they reference, even if I stated the information and they just agreed or stated that that is not the value they would have provided and that it was a contractor error. I'm not looking for free information, I am trying to report a pricing issue that is effecting jobs being quoted with this service by this contractor or another. Our company has been comparing services like this, RS means, and a few others, and We will most certainly not be choosing this one. The rates in no way provide an accurate, usable estimate, and are costing our clients hundreds of thousands of dollars on changes.

Trade Services (Trimble) is a very shady company. They send out an invoice (or a Courtesy Notice as they call it) a long time before your renewal is due with a price of $1,864.50 so you pay it way in advance of your expiry and then they send another invoice for $1,939.08 saying that you owe $74.58. This is so wrong. How can they send you a notice of what it will cost to continue with their product and after you pay, decide they want to charge you more. I would put minus one star but you have to put at least one or you cannot post - I just noticed it shows 5 Star. Untrustworthy to say the least.
