First very not deaf friendly. Understand we have no hearing yet they still continue to talk us. That's why we are using pen and paper. And some employees are very rude. They walk away not letting us know they will be back or anything. The employees give us attitude because we aren't happy with the services.
Second on 4 times we had to come back to pick up our order: not ready, mistake, not ready and still not ready. We waste gas and time for service like this. We only get excuses.
Third this is the product the give us. All wrong and claim they give us the things for free when our orders are still wrong and we wasted our time and gas.

I live in NY and yet am willing to pay extra for shipping to get my shirts made from these guys. The quality and hospitality is simple amazing! They are never late with the products and are fairly cheap compared to others I have worked with before. They definitely value their customers and the longer you work with them, better pricing they provide.

Ordered some personalized hoodies and jerseys SUPER last minute for a trip with friends to New Orleans. Not only were they willing to do the job, but they were amazing to work with and super helpful with choosing the right design. They really brought my vision to life and literally within a week. I love the work that KV Print did for my project. We needed 150 shirts of various sizes and colors for our school field trip. Nick did a great job helping me with the design and their customer service was awesome. It was nice to get my business done in town and they met every expectation. We've gone to other print shops that were a mess, that is not KV Print. They are friendly, organized, helpful, and professional. I already know we will go back the next time we need shirts.
