What an incredible & life changing company. My chair is amazing. Kj & Danielle are phenomenal. I can't express more how thankful I am to have worked with this company. They consitently kept on top of my insurance (which was not playing nice). Danielle did not give up or allow them to misinform. She got the chair ordered right away the moment she was able and it was so quick getting the chair. Hands down the best for your mobility needs! And beyond caring to top it. Thank you!!!

The professionalism of this company is at the highest level! Teamwork, coordinated work, fast communication and service. Paul's work is excellent, he takes measurements for the future wheelchair correctly and gives recommendations as needed. David makes the adjustments very well, so that further use of the wheelchair becomes as comfortable as possible. I have gone through the procedure of ordering a wheelchair in different countries, but I have not seen such service from the entire team anywhere else. Even in other local companies. Bravo!

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to share my experience with Mobility Professionals regarding an order I placed in January 2024 for a manual wheelchair with a SmartDrive power assist. After 10 months, numerous phone calls, and substantial delays, I finally took delivery of my equipment on October 31, 2024.

During this extended period, I found myself having to initiate almost all communication with Mobility Professionals to inquire about the status of my order. Only once did I receive a proactive call, informing me of the need to attend a wheelchair clinic. An appointment was set, yet I did not hear anything further until I reached out to confirm the details. Eventually, a second video-call appointment was arranged, during which a physical therapist conducted a brief assessment of my needs.

Following that assessment, I continued to make repeated calls to check on the progress of my order, but updates were scarce. Each time I reached out, I was told that someone would look into it; however, no follow-up calls were made to keep me informed.

In September 2024, after several months without resolution, I contacted Medicare to inquire about the status. I was informed that they had no record of any authorization or paperwork for my order. When I relayed this information to Mobility Professionals, their response lacked clarity. To resolve the issue, I had to arrange a three-way call between Medicare and Mobility Professionals, where it was finally confirmed that the necessary authorizations were, in fact, in place. I then made my copay and was told my wheelchair order was finally moving forward.

On October 8, 2024, the order was placed, and on October 31, 2024, I received my wheelchair. While I am relieved to finally have my equipment, the process felt prolonged and at times disorganized, requiring frequent follow-ups on my part. I would also like to make it clear that the technicians that helped me in my home to measure me, make repairs on my existing wheelchair and the final setup of my new chair where outstanding. I would give them all five stars. I am uncertain if this experience is typical, but I hope Mobility Professionals will consider improvements in communication and responsiveness for the benefit of future customers.
