Ion is an awesome guy and the place is also awesome. Since using their most powerful 7 wavelength red light machine, all my past injuries are no longer bothering me. My energy levels are up, I seem to always be in a good mood where I used to be sad a lot, it has helped my skin tone to where people actually notice. I can’t say enough good things about this place, absolutely love it. You will too!

Woah where to begin!! At first I was spectacle in this therapy until I tried it, it helped me speed up my recovery, leaves your skin looking better. It also definitely helped with my back ache. Overall, it's a relaxing and effective experience that boosts both appearance and well-being. 10/10 definitely would recommend this to anybody looking for red light therapy. I'd recommend trying the location in Lake Forest they have triple red light exposure

I had my first session at Thera-Red, and it was an awesome experience! Ian was incredibly helpful in explaining the benefits of the therapy and walking me through how the machine worked. He made the whole process easy and comfortable.

After my session, I felt so relaxed—like I could fall asleep. It was such a calming experience.

Excited to be able to access all 3 locations with appointments! Thera-RED makes this easy with my busy schedule. They offer Premium red light therapy with Seven Wavelengths and you can really tell the caliber of therapy with their clinical grade panels. I LOVE relaxing in the lay down bed with a bonus PEMF therapy. The infrared feels so great and I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Definitely my go to wellness center for reducing stress and increasing my energy!
