I have been waiting since January 3rd to hear back from the support team regarding an issue I have and have yet to hear back despite multiple emails sent to them. I have attempted to call but get a message saying their customer support phones are unavailable.

I have since filed a BBB complaint as I was reaching out about blatant product mis-representation and false advertising. While I have used their products a lot in the past, and have used them for a lot of clients, I question what my future with sonnet will be at this point

Tried to speak with Joaquin in sales to get more info about the product misrepresentation and for info about who to contact as my emails weren’t being responded to and he essentially told me to f myself before hanging up on me after lying about their product. I called back to ask for his manager but he refuses to now answer the phone.

Word of warning don't buy from this company as they have a non existent customer support. Tried calling them this past week multiple times during their hours of operation with no call back or pick up. I am really disappointed in the lack of customer support this company offers. I purchased their eGFX Breakaway Box through Amazon and followed all of their instructions and ensured that my computer was compatible by using their compatibility chart, but unfortunately the thunderbolt port on the breakaway box isn't recognized on my computer. I was expecting this product to be plug and play with my laptop...boy was I wrong.

Not impressed. Products may be innovative, but fail before their time, and customer service has been slow, confused, and minimal Their "support" personnel didn't even realize that my discontinued product had no replacement Even their office hours are mornings-only, w/ no chat option. I've spent costly hours asking the same question, only to never have it answered. WAAAY better experiences elsewhere. Be forewarned.

They build products that are defective by design (which they even admit to), and then charge you to return them. Customer service is extremely slow. If you can find a similar product elsewhere, it is in your best interest to do so.

I love the quality of their products! I'm glad there are still companies like Sonnet who care about the build quality of their products in a time where cheap electronics tend to come from Asia. Their enclosures are rugged and their electronics are very reliable.
