MatterHackers is THE best! They are always honest about their products so you are able to choose what will be best for your school/job. I ordered a high dollar 3d scanner with the quote and invoice reflecting the correct scanner. I was then sent the previous model and at the time I already had to postpone on the customer once. So I reached out politely saying I had received the incorrect product. They then said they made a mistake on the pricing so they sent me an old model (even the paperwork states it's the incorrect model). So I asked them to honor their invoice and quote and they said that they could not sell the scanner for that price which wasn't a large difference. They then tried to sell me on the scanner they sent me to continue to make a profit on their mistake. I denied their offers and attempted to get them to do the right thing. But eventually I gave up because I didn't have the right resources and asked for a return which they granted. But as an insult to injury they gave me only 15 days to return the scanner which I was out of town, to put things in perspective most companies give you a month. I barely made the return in the narrow window they provided me. This is a company with no sense of ethics, steer clear of shopping here.

Not only did Henry not push or try to force a sale unlike other companies, he offered true knowledge, options and HOURS of his time on phone , txt and email to guide my business towards making an informed purchase.
