Holy crap!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! First, my business made an order. Weeks went by and we never recieved a proof. I called and had a very difficult time trying to get someone from the numbers they advertise on their website. I remembered to look at my reps response to my quote through email, and just called that number. I spoke to 3 different people, all of whom didn't find record of my business' order. I then canceled my order because I lost any form of faith in this company. I was assured that we wouldn't be charged, but-OF COURSE- this company charged us for it. They promised to refund...and when I requested a simple email to show their promise to refund, they never sent it to me. We still haven't recieved our credit. They have one more week before we take legal action. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! Just don't use this company.

After doing much research on feather flags, I found the Inflateco website. I appreciated the information their site gave on how to buy a flag and how they are not all the same. I had many calls to the company and they were always friendly answering my questions and helping me decide which was the right product for my situation. I ended up ordering from them, and was very happy with the product, the customer service, and the timely delivery. That was last year.

This week someone vandalized my flag. I went online to begin my search again (I couldn't remember who I had purchased it from originally). I discovered lesser quality flags for twice the price. I found flags that would take a lot longer for production. I found sites that were difficult to navigate in creating my custom flag. I found flags that were sold piecemeal (stand extra, custom extra, set up fee extra...) FINALLY, the light bulb went off in my head and I looked back in my email to find where I had originally purchased my flag. I'm so glad I did.

When I called, I spoke with the owner of the company. He was very friendly and helpful. Reordering was simple and fast. I really appreciate the customer service and am looking forward to getting my new flags.

THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTIES PROMISED. Please DO NOT purchase from this company. We purchased an air dancer and was promised a 6 month warranty. We could have paid significantly less on other websites, but with the warranty in place, we thought this would be the best deal. During the time frame of the warranty, the head of the air dancer ripped off. We contacted the company on MULTIPLE occasions with no response. I even emailed pictures and proof that the head had indeed ripped off. I then contacted Better Business Bureau but they were unable get any response from the company either. Learn from my mistake and PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!

This company took weeks to design my order and could never implement the requested changes. After weeks of bad communication, I canceled the order, which was approved by Rick. The order was canceled on 9/21 and I still have not received a refund as of 11/2.
Update 11/7: Rick responded to this review but still has not returned my call or email. And I have not received my refund 🙁

Would not recommend them for anything. My company has placed an order, sent over the art work to them, and now have been trying to contact them for going on 3 weeks! I've left multiple messages, and my co-workers have as well, we have received no response. Take your business elsewhere, this company is crap!
