I hope no one make the mistake to hire these people to do anything for them. Please guys don't ever use them to do anything for you or else you will regret it. You will waste your time and money. It's over a year now I paid them to create a simple project for me and all now I haven't get it completed. They said it was going to take 6 months. I had to hire someone else to finish the project. Run!!! From these people. I don't even know how to report them because everything is done solely online. It a scam

Think long and hard before using Fictive Studios. They misrepresented to me what their developers could accomplish. Their contracts are designed so that you pay about 80% of the project up front before learning how poorly prepared their development team is. Be weary of other review sites. Many of them show great reviews but won’t allow real clients to add a truthful review. If somehow they make this right I will be happy to update this review of Fictive.

Don't walk but run! These people have put me through so much stress with developing an app. I have been through 4 different developers and It is going on 3 years, multiple payments, and I still don't have a working app. They had the audacity to try to squeeze more money out of me to maintain an app that isn't final to even maintain. Now I am just asking for my code for my app and I cannot get a response. I was told that 3 locations had fires. This is a joke!

Now that I am reading that they have done this to so many of us, it is time for a lawsuit. They cannot keep taking advantage of people.

It is not worth continuing to work with Fictive Studios. Initially, Samuel Victor, the Mobile App Strategist, assured me that the company would complete my project within the 130-day contract timeline. For a month before signing up, his communication was excellent. However, once I made the majority of the payments, he became unresponsive and unhelpful.

Mark Lewis, the Senior Project Manager, communicated from July 7th until November, with the last contact on March 19th. The app was paid off in February for $33,200, but as of July 2nd, over a year later, it remains unfinished.

The payment breakdown is as follows:
- Project Signing: $1,500
- Project Initiation: $7,140
- Wireframes (10%): $2,880
- UI/UX Finalization (10%): $4,280
- Development Phase 1 (20%): $7,260
- Development Phase 2 (30%): $10,140
- Total Cost: $33,200

Once they received my money, communication and progress stopped from Mark and Samuel, and they shifted focus to other projects. This left me, and many other customers, with unfinished projects and wasted time. I have experienced emotional distress, almost had to file bankruptcy, business losses, and a financial impact of over $75,000 in six months. Including missed business opportunities, my total loss is $108,000 between what I paid for the app and potential earnings if the app was out. My website made $50,000 in 15 weeks.

The app still has numerous misspellings and improper sentences. There is no collaborative effort from the team to complete the project correctly, with attention to detail.

I have spent over 140 hours creating PDF documents, including three separate documents, and providing screenshots and specific instructions. Despite this, they continue to disregard my directions. I strongly advise against working with Fictive Studios. Granted, they have made a few changes but nowhere near close to finishing.

I haven’t even started testing the app yet. Not to mention, they haven’t created the admin panel for the app. They’ve breached the contract. Stay away. They don’t mind taking payments and not fulfilling their contract as expected and if you wait too long you can’t get your funds back from the banks after roughly 30-60 days.

"Also, pay attention to the one-star reviews. They’ll respond and say they have no record of your name. Many companies do this to make it seem like the customer is mistaken, which is why I uploaded pictures and proof of the receipt, part of the contract, and text messages as well."

I don’t mind coming back and changing my review if they decide to fix the issues I’m experiencing. However, as of now, I haven’t received what I paid for, and I’m still losing valuable time. I may be out of business now if I don’t get this app out in time because of this situation. Currently I’m back to update this and it’s 14 months & counting and still stuck on beta phase. I recieved a hour long call yesterday at 1:46 pm from Mustafa stating that the developers haven’t built the app right and will need to start over or if we move forward we could face major issues if we release.

They are a scam! I don’t even know where to begin stating the obvious facts that these people are just scammers. Why don’t any of their reviewers post the actual website they supposedly created? I have been waiting for months for them to help me create a e-commerce website and they still haven’t delivered a good product. They attempted to create the logo and a one page website that I now have been blocked out of. They wanted me to pay the last payment but indicated to them that I wouldn’t do so until my website was finished as they were obligated to do so. Don’t waste your time and money with this company.

Taking on an app seemed like too big of a venture and a friend strongly recommended I consult with the Fictive Studios. I am glad we finally took their advice. The team were extremely helpful and patient as we were new to the process of application development, we had many, so many questions. They calmed any hesitation and relieved any doubt that previously existed. The best part of my experience was that they found solutions to integrate our ideas and create a seamless experience.

I hired them to build my websites and it didn’t even pass the first stage. After 8 months they told me the website and app is done. But they can’t show me any proof.

If you Decide to hire this company, MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR VIRTUAL MEETING AND IDENTIFICATION. and that’s what you should do when you hire a company.

1. Check, search for the address.
3. ask for their business license.
5. Ask for a Mobil app and websites that they have deployed- Call the owner and ask who built it.
6. Ask for their LinkedIn account.

All the positive reviews don’t have a proof of finish product from this company, meaning all these reviews are written by them. Not one websites or apps made by Fictive Studios exists. NONE!

Fictive Studios also claimed they have 11 years of excellence. It’s a lie, this company started in July 2020 by a FAKE NAME Matt Luchen. I HAVE A PROOF.

They claimed they’ve Deployed 110 Mobile Apps. THEY CAN NOT PROVE THIS.

They deployed ZERO Mobil app. And also ZERO Website. I CAN PROVE THIS.

DO YOUR RESEARCH. DON’T JUST PAY OR HIRE ANY COMPANY. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
