During the pre-Igen period, Nimbo Tracking worked great. They’re customer service was very good and provided whatever assistance needed. But then IGEN happened and everything went south it seems. The app isn’t working for me and hasn’t worked for months. I’ve called numerous times and left messages with no response. I’ve sent numerous emails with no response. I drove down to there office location in lake Elsinore and sat outside their office and nobody was there. After an hour I left. Good luck to anybody who tries to get ahold of anybody within IGEN.

App. does not work after December 4th update...no customer service...emails for help never answered...do not buy any product that is supported by this app....your gps will be rendered useless because app does not work and nobody answers your emails when you have a problem...
