I cant say enough if you need someone who is HONEST and knowledgeable Roy at Compufix is the BEST. His services are affordable and gets the job done efficiently. He out beats all the competitors and I highly recommend Roy. I'm extremely pleased with all my services I've received and he guarantee his work. I'm a lifetime customer and wont purchase any computers and or electronics without consulting with him 1st.

This was my first time having a laptop serviced by Roy at Compufix. This was excellent service, with thorough explanations that everyone can understand. Upon picking up my laptop, I promptly dropped off my second laptop for service as well. I firmly believe in preventative maintenance on computers and not waiting until something bad happens. Fast, Efficient, and Prices are competitive. Everything you can ask for when it comes to help with your IT.
Example, my virus protection expired and Joe logged in both my laptop and desktop and cleaned up what was going on (like 6 viruses or something ridiculous like that) and installed the software - all remote and within an hour I was able to use the computers again.

I called Roy on Friday 8/5/16 to come and try to solder a usb flash drive that broke so I could get my COMPANY file back in order to continue my business, he told me he was booked and would come on Sunday 8/7. On Sunday he text me saying he was booked and would MAYBE come on Monday 8/8 late afternoon. Guess what he has since never got in touch with me again and had the audacity to friend request me on Facebook...huh you have time to go o Facebook?! So I took it to an amazing life saver Tim at data recovery and got ALL my data back. I do not recommend Roy's company to anyone, he is a flake!
