I based my entire business concept of Putt and Pour around self-pour systems. As a result, I had to take a deep dive into learning about all the systems on the market. iPourIt was the clear and easy choice for me. The front-end sales and customer service was top tier. Tom answered all of my questions ( I had A LOT of them) and he worked hard to make sure we got the best setup for our needs. Installation was breeze. I spent two days with Ramon who walked me through every step of the process. As someone who had never changed a keg before, I walked away feeling knowledgable and confident in operating the system. On the back end, the 24/7 technical support is a life saver. They are never more than a phone call or an email away. As a small business owner that type of access to support is priceless. My husband and I had been talking about opening a Taproom for about six months. He kept seeing ads pop up on Facebook for iPourIt and decided to set up a call with them. He set the call up for 1 o’clock on July 4 and the call was accepted by the representative. At 1 o’clock on July 4, 2022 Tom Jenkins with iPourIt called us. The call was supposed to be a 30 minute informational call for us to just get a little bit more information about the system. 2 1/2 hours later, we hung up with Tom, looked at each other, and said we are definitely gonna do this and we are definitely going to do it with Tom.
Tom, with the iPourIt system, along with GS Draft, have stood by our side from day one in helping us to make our dream a reality. We did research on other companies out there with the Self Pour system, and there was just something about the iPourIt family that made us feel right at home from the start.
We have never regretted the decision that we made. We have currently been open for three months and, with everything technology related, we have had a few issues here and there. Not only has Tom always answered my calls and always got help for us when needed, the 24 hour support has also always been there as well. Having technical issues can be frustrating, but knowing you have the support behind you that you have with iPourIt, and GS Draft takes away so much of the frustration. If we ever open another location, we will definitely have the same team from iPourIt and GS Draft by our side.

The iPourIt team was great to work with from concept to implementation. I am one of the owners and the President of Rackets Tap House in Abilene, KS. Our vision is to provide a gathering place for our small community where establishments struggle to maintain consistent open hours in a tight labor market. Self-pour is critical to this mission, and it came down to PourMyBeer and iPourIt.

I talked with both sales teams, and each was very responsive to questions. The divergence happened in my own research. I went to local establishments, one with PourMyBeer and the other with iPourIt. The iPourIt one had a much better customer flow. Second, and more impactful, PourMyBeer's website talked about deficiencies in iPourIt—deficiencies they fixed years prior. Talking down on a competitor who has made moves to do better did not set a good vibe with me, so I chose iPourIt.

Now that we've been open for nearly two months, I am happy we went in that direction. The support team is excellent, even helping to iron out kinks in real time during our grand opening. I've also had warranty work that's been expressly dealt with in minimal downtime. My only critique is that our setup is a 2-tap to 1-screen, and we can't show our tasting notes on the screens. I've been assured that this is in the development pipeline, hence my 5-star (with the hope that the feature will be live soon).

The bottom line is that everyone at iPourIt, from sales to install to support to even some higher-ups, is friendly, knowledgeable, and has the time for even a small 12-tap establishment like ours.
