I recently sought the services of American Web Design Inc. with high hopes, given their presence in the market. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. The primary issue was their apparent lack of originality and expertise in web design. When discussing my project, I was asked to provide examples of websites I liked. However, instead of using these as inspiration, it seemed they simply attempted to replicate the source material from these examples.This approach not only undermines the essence of custom web design but also raises concerns about the authenticity and uniqueness of their work. As a client, I expected a service that would offer creative solutions tailored to my specific needs, not a mirror of existing websites.Moreover, their method suggests a concerning lack of fundamental web design skills and understanding. Professional web design should be about creating unique, functional, and aesthetically pleasing websites that cater to the client's requirements and brand identity. Unfortunately, what I experienced was a far cry from these standards.I cannot recommend American Web Design Inc. based on my experience. I needed a gift certificate’s available, on my site and he created the perfect feature on my website for that. He is calm, polite and very patient. I strongly advise against using American Web Site Design Inc. Based on my experience, I believe they are not a trustworthy company. They promised to complete my website within a reasonable timeframe, of 6 days yet failed to deliver even after 6 months.

We currently have this company and have almost 2 years. Initially they had us post reviews saying all positive. Since the website was finished I cannot get anyone to call us back or answer the phones. There have been several issues with our site and noone to help or explain or fix. This company reminds us of attorneys, they are all about taking your calls and answering questions until you pay them then all the sudden you never here from them again. This company in our opinion shafted us out of thousands and now they have no interest in helping us. For that I say you Suck!

Terrible . 0 stars if possible
I have a towing company just trying to make a simple website nothing crazy, it’s been 4 months now and I paid for the service but still didn’t get anything right, I try to talk to them everytime they say we are still working on it. I asked once for a sample of my website and they literally don’t know what they are doing they tried to put semi truck advertise in a towing website. They just do copy paste from google. I don’t recommend anybody to hire those guys I wasted my time and my money.
