So stupid not being able to pay for a refill, many people don’t like to have coffee in the ceramic cup because it gets cold immediately with no cap and its big opening . 👎
I prefer to have my hot coffee in a double paper cup and pay for a refill as before rader than a free refill in a cold ceramic cup Specially when sitting outside.
This is an stupid plan of Starbucks 👎👎👎

Like most Starbucks, the product was consistent and the store was clean. Everyone was super friendly but John went the extra mile and rocked the register with friendly and engaging interactions and willing to share a laugh, perfection!

Thoroughly enjoy Starbucks, when I get it coffee in am mango dragonflies lemonade in afternoon. I usually, only get one thing a week. There is a Starbucks near my parents home that I always visit.

Laurie Nick and Kaylee !! Wonderful people doing excellent customer service! Had an issue with another locations remade drink and they were happy to replace it.. the other location just couldn't seem to make it per the starbucks recipe (super wasteful on time & ingredients)..but this location did it right the first time..well I was back again because that same location couldnt keep up with their mobile orders causing it to be an overall, 25 minute wait...which would have made us late so we had to leave.. 🙁 thinking we should just make this one our location.. Nick is a great manager ... with Kaylee knowing her recipe...all are very personable and seemingly a wonderful team!

3rd & 4th pic; 8/7/21 7:35am Saturday : Stopped by again and like other times cashier John helped me choose and recommended a good coffee to drink with the bacon egg cheese I got. $10 sandwhich and grande coffe latte.

We always hit the drive thru for favorite drinks and a snack. Unfortunately the wait time is unpredictable so there are times when there’s a long wait before we get our drinks even though we’re waiting at the window.

People were sweet but lack urgency. The person on bar was moving so slow. I get it wasn’t peak but people would still like to get their drinks. She looked miserable, I could tell with her face mask still on and the girl on warming again was moving so slow, I had to go up and ask for my cake pop.
