I have blocked no less than a dozen different phone numbers that this company has called me from. I have answered and asked them to take me off of their call list. I have texted the numbers (STOP). They will not leave me alone. If they are a legit company.... They would and should not haras people. That is very distasteful. If they are reputable company , I would not do business with them anyway because of their constant harassment.

Hello, my name is Mary, I have tried to refinance here at Landero because they recommended it to me and everything was going well. When you talk to someone, once you sign to proceed, there are many excuses and they no longer answer. They make you spend the money in person for the property and I am very disappointed because one person is the one calling and they no longer answer. Calls and emails and I have asked them if they are going to take over my refinancing and they say okay and nothing. I just want to know, if not, I want to look elsewhere. Thank you, I'm sorry. At the beginning I felt comfortable and now I feel cheated for trusting so much.

I got contacted by Michael Pendergast after I requested information on refinancing. He sounded very professional and knowledgeable so I trusted him and decided to move forward with an application. I completed everything as request on sept 6 Friday. The following week I did not hear back. I started emailing him to find out what was the outcome of the application and did not heard back. After almost 2 weeks and 4 messages, today Sep 18 he replies on a very short message asking a question he could have ask for the past 12 days. I own many properties with an excellent score. I have done many loans and refinance loans for ever. It is sad that he will lose a client over very poor communication and follow up. I decided not to move forward. Not a good lender to recommend.

I tried to get just an idea of my options from lending tree and this dang company has been hounding me with calls - 18 hours later and I have 8 calls from them; 4 calls in less than an hour. They're also using a phone number with my same area code from my hometown - they don't seem to have any locations there and it'd be shocking if they even had a location in my hometown's area because it's not particularly big. They're based in California and I dont live in my home state anymore, so that feels pretty sketchy, as it's what scammers do. Sounds like this is par for the course for this company. I'll update with my call count later (got another as I was writing this).

Update 2: 36 calls - maybe they're slowing down, but it was the weekend
