Outstanding company! I’ve been dealing with them for 35 years. Local companies are the best. The crew just came in and added a new one unit single system to my back yard cottage. They did exactly what I wanted. This is my second separate system in the last 4 years and you can’t get any better service or support in lake county. All in under 4 hours.

It's very unfortunate that I need to post this unfavorable review, because Jonas Energy Solutions is prominent in our community and I want to believe that small, local businesses are better. When our A/C went out a few weeks ago, we went to Jonas for just those reasons.

When the technician finished he took payment and left. A few hours later, I went around the side of the house to find that the technician had left all his tools, the replaced parts, knocked the cutout box loose on the wall, hadn't reinstalled the safety cover on the cutout switch, and had left the cover panel off the unit. These are MAJOR SAFETY ISSUES. The system was energized and 240 volts were running through exposed connections at the capacitor, exposing my family and property to a very real risk of electrical shock and fire.

What makes my experience even more frustrating is that when I called to speak to someone about this, a manager called me back, profusely apologizing and offered to refund a portion of our payment. That was over a week ago and I haven't seen any refund, or heard back from the manager, even after I sent him a second email. It seems that not only do Jonas technicians not make safety a priority, but their managers will pay you lip service. For these reasons, I do not recommend using Jonas Energy Solutions.

Wonderful people. Excellent service. I called them because the business I used before is now closed with no notifications to us, the customers that have warranty services with them. However, Joan's Energy came put super quick and although they were unable to resolve the problem, they did fill the freon, since this has been an ongoing leak issue since my units were installed. The technician wrote up the service call and they're going to see how to go about honoring my contract even though it's not theirs. Even if they can't, it was nice to hear they're going to try.

I was very happy the service call and the technician was very helpful in explaining what was going on and why my heat pump was dripping water, he gave me some recommendations as to what I could do with the water to keep it away from my house. And so that I was very thankful for. Thank you I will surely call you again when needed.

Cliff was on time and very thorough in checking my Heater unit. Gave me the option to join their program that will save us money and keep my unit serviced twice a year. I definitely will join that program. plus, they will keep track of when it needs to be done. It’s either really cold (now) or really hot. Better to keep it serviced then wait to get it fixed when it’s needed and have to wait.

I’m glad I tried Jonah’s! I am a happy customer. Only needed a new filter, but now I have peace of mind I’m good to be warm the rest of the winter! The technician was very polite. Helpful and professional.

I felt confident Jonas Energy Solutions would install a new furnace competently. Unfortunately, I could not afford them. I was compelled to save myself $4000.00 by going with an equally competent company. I would suggest to JES to more accurately itemize their quotes so that the customer can see what actually constitutes the colossal expense.

Great service. I live in Kelseyville and it was 32 degree the night before. I called in the morning and they came out in the afternoon. The service tech inspected the heater and quickly fixed the problem. I strongly recommend them.
