My husband took my son on a 4-day vacation to lake arrowhead, but unfortunately, the incompetent pharmacist, Goldie, ruined his experience. He attempted to pick up a legally prescribed medication, gabapentin (a non-scheduled medication) only to be denied. Despite the doctor personally calling the pharmacy to verify the prescription, Goldie refused to release the medication— simply because he was not calling from his work office. This was not only an unnecessary delay but also an outright refusal to acknowledge a valid prescription from a licensed physician. It’s unacceptable for a pharmacist to override a doctor's judgment based on outdated information and arbitrary communication preferences. PATIENTS DESERVE FAIR TREATMENT, not judgment or roadblocks when trying to access their prescribed medications. If this is how Goldie and CVS operate, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Should be 0. The new employees aren't nice or knowledgeable. Not to mention now when u call for DAYS on end no one calls u back and all u get is the option to leave a VM. It's pathetic. Wish we had other pharmacy options near me

Again, exemplary customer service 🤩🤩
Employees are very knowledgeable about deals, and perks of signing up to be a member.
The pharmacists have been helpful when problems arise or if we solicit advice about new or existing things.

Would be great if we had vitamin specialists available for helping customers pick out vitamins.
Not sure how this would work but vitamins and lifestyle diet are so important-

Excellent experience thanks to Mallory! She was super patient, nice and kind. This girl deserve a reward! We need more people like her in this country. She was ready to serve every single customer who crossed the business door. Positive attitude, she wasn't watching her phone or loosing company time. Old school American worker, old school customer service.

Family and I just moved to the mountain.
Girlfriend got pneumonia first week here so needed prescription filled. Soon as I walked in the CVS I was pleasantly greeted.... as I was being checked out at the pharmacy the pharmacist made sure there were NO adverse reaction due to allergies and went above and beyond. There were insurance issues since we just moved from another state but they were persistent on making sure everything was covered at the lowest cost to us. They also made sure we were able to get a few covid test for future possible illnesses.
What a great feeling leaving this establishment. This is why the mountain has such an amazing reputation for being so hospitable. Thank you all again.

I was surprised with one of the most painful periods I’ve had in the last three years and after a very frustrating experience with my urgent care app to get the prescription only medicine that I needed made it to this CVS half in tears. The pharmacist herself was super nice and the cashier had so much compassion and kindness and offered that I could use their bathroom whenever I needed to come back today as well and that they have multiple so it’s no worries if I use it all day and just the sheer kindness of this woman brought me to tears again (this time happy tears)! I don’t know her name but she is brunette and deserves a raise! Thank you!!!

I was having a horrible anxiety attack and decided to go ask the pharmacist for advice on what vitamin supplement I could take to relieve my anxiety. I don’t know her name but I just wanted to say thank you. The magnesium was a huge help. 🙂
