Vinyl is low quality, doesn't last.
Ordered replacement arm pads for 2 chairs and they sent 1 pair. They were previously installed and 1 was damaged.

Bought a gaming chair which when assembled was sitting crooked. Called True Innovations and they promptly took my call, accepted my claim and couriered replacement parts. I received everything within 5 days which was a pleasant surprise as it was shipped cross boarder (USA to Canada). I am extremely impressed.

Do not expect any customer support regarding defective parts. We bought an office chair 3 years ago and had no problems until the lift cylinder failed and dropped to the lowest position in January 2025. I contacted them and had purchased a new lift. Got it installed and it worked fine...for 1.5 months. It failed just as the previous older one did. I contacted the company because the lift was obviously defective but was informed there were no guarantees on parts and I would have to pay for a new lift if I wanted one. I was told if it had failed in the first week, I could get a replacement! Why would I chance buying yet ANOTHER DEFECTIVE PART? The chair is going in the trash and we're going to purchase something of higher quality.

I don’t do a lot of reviews, but the email specifically asked for one. Horrible customer service. The boxes say specifically not to return if there is a problem, and instead to call them. I wanted to honor that, so I called. They said they would sent a replacement for the damaged piece. 5 days later they said it was too large to send, and I should return through Amazon. Which of course I could have done day 1 and not waited 5 days. So if you buy something and it’s not perfect, just be aware.

Avoid this company like the plague. They refuse to honor the warranty on their products and if you reach out their response is “Sorry but we ran out of parts to fix the issue. Goodbye” I also filed a complaint to the BBB. Again: avoid them if you like quality products and customer service.

We bought a True Innovations Office Desk chair. While opening the box, I could not find the assembly instructions. With some difficulty, I found a phone number which was answered by an offshore 'employee' who could not speak understandable English. This happened twice. I was also given an invalid help number. Finally I called True Innovations itself and talked to Kathleen, an English speaking lady who was quite nice. There was a problem with the model number and she corrected that and emailed me a PDF file with the instructions.
The chair was an absolute bear to put together, and half way through I found the instructions, which were well hidden. Kathleen saved the day and this email is to commend her services.
We like the chair, but due to the difficult in assembling it, we will look elsewhere when we need to replace a second one.
