Have tried to get help to recover my old account from almost 2 years ago. I got sent to prison wrongfully and couldn't get back into my account because the phone number I have now is the same as when I went in. They have to do something to make this transition better for people. Please and thank you. Not getting anywhere after spending thousands of dollars on my old account in digital movies and games and Xbox stuff. Would really appreciate it if I didn't have to make a YouTube video about everything wrong with big tech companies.

Microsoft has the worse customer service ever, I cannot recover my Windows PIN number and I tried to call their customer service or Technical support but unfortunately there is NOT a live agent who I could talk, they always refer you to their website in order to get support and even their chat which is AI didn’t help me and when they cannot help the AI chat says “Sorry, I’m still learning and cannot help you and ending the chat,
Horrible customer service and horrible technical support, now I get stocked with my pc and cannot use it because Microsoft has no more live agents who we can talk to and solve the problems

I got locked out of my email using Microsoft office 365. I called the business customer support which is of course over seas. They don't know what they are doing. The transfer me to another Data Support team that tells me I will get a call back from an Engineer to reset my password. Of course they are also overseas. It's been 9 days and still no call back. I call every other day to see what going on and all they can day is an Engineer will call you back. They have no direct line for an Engineer. Microsoft has the worst customer service. As soon as I regain access to my email I am switching over to Google. At least they respond.

Why wouldn't they have power strips at every desk? I don't know. Why would they have a coffee machine that takes 5 minutes to brew each cup of coffee individually? I don't know. Lots of poor design choices in the building, but overall pretty great personalization for an event and usability. I guess they're just keeping with their brand by inconveniencing people slightly but providing a decent product.

Very nice facility. Multiple work rooms within the offices. Relaxing outdoors space with lounge chairs and even a dog run area.
