I leased a new Rolls Royce from these guys in 2014. The lease is up December 31, 2018. Trying to return the car is like pulling teeth. First they wanted to schedule an inspection with a third party vendor before the return. They sent me a letter 30 days before the end of the term to tell me this. I called to schedule the inspection and the first available date was after the maturity date. I called Rolls Royce back and told them the situation. They then called me back and said the inspection was for December 17 and sent me a confirmation. This morning, I called to confirm the inspection and told it was cancelled by Rolls Royce. What a joke. I then called Rolls Royce and they said don't worry about the inspection but to call the selling dealer to arrange for the return. I called Orange County Motor cars and was told by Freddy no one was available to help and that someone would get back to me.
I get better service at the Chevrolet dealer than you do with Rolls Royce!

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

I just left a voicemail for the General Manager, Steve Rudkin. This is getting beyond ridiculous. The issue when we purchased the car last month, as I spoke to your sales person and I quote “All this car needed in his opinion is new tint, because of the age of the car the tint had become cloudy.” He also stated “ That he knew the previous owner of the car and when receiving it on trade the dealership had done all the necessary repairs and maintenance in excess of $20,000.00” was the number he gave me. We went and looked at the car, test drove it, after getting through financing I went to take delivery of the car and as noted we are missing the front passenger floor mat along with again being reassured tint was the only thing the car needed, Jason and I have spoken about this many times and somehow it got misplaced. After bringing the car home and taking it to the high end exotic tint shop, they informed me that the tint was not the issue however it was the double paned windows were all leaking. I informed Jason about this immediately, he explained to me that it was the end of the month and that your dealership was moving and that he would need to get the general manger involved quickly after the 1st of the year. We are now in the middle of the month and I have still yet to hear anything from anyone. My attorney is CC’ed on this email as we are looking for some resolution to this issue as soon as possible.

This is the above email I sent the general manager to try and get my issue with my Bentley fixed the problem has continued with no communication on there behalf at all.
